Well the shit has hit the fan in our capital of Lansing , Michigan
In November, Michigan
unions tried to inject union rights into our state constitution making them
constitutional rights…the voters told them to eat shit.
Now comes payback…Republicans are now trying to pass
Right-to-Work legislation making joining a union a real choice for workers;
until now, closed union shops required workers to join the union, no choice at
all.
Our governor Snyder always said that the issue was not on
his list but when the unions tried to screw him with their power grab in the
state, prohibiting Right-to-Work legislation from EVER being introduced in the
state, Snyder said not so fast.
Bob King, president of the UAW called out all his goons to
invade our state legislature and cause enough noise and damage to show the
legislators that the unions could hurt them and not only politically but
physically. The state cops closed the place down and arrested the ones that
were a little too enthusiastic about their mission.
Unions work through intimidation whether through strikes or
through physical intimidation but just as in Indiana
and Wisconsin ,
the people have had enough of their goddamn arrogance and belief that we as
taxpayers somehow owe them a middleclass lifestyle…bullshit!!!
Here in Michigan , companies
looking to locate in the United
States avoid us like the plague because of
our mandatory unionism; they go to the South where workers there now enjoy good
paying jobs and benefits without goddamn unions.
The issue is really about keeping union bosses employed and
union workers with job protection no matter how bad they are or how
infrequently they show up at work.
This union nonsense has to stop and the taxpayers and voters
have to stop it by supporting the Governor’s plans for making Michigan into a Right-to-Work state.
Governor Snyder is starting to show he has some balls lately
and that is a good sign. For too long he has been playing nice with people that
are complete incompetent assholes and he needs to start kicking some ass and
not be afraid of not getting reelected; state voters have already shown him
that he is their man and will support him in his efforts to bring Michigan back
from the brink of economic disaster…change is a comin’ and needs to come soon!
